Because all ST;LL CLOTHING products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Please check our size guides and product details carefully before placing an order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund. To arrange this:

Email us at thestillbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Change-of-mind purchases.

Wrong size ordered by the customer.

Items damaged due to customer handling.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 working days for the funds to appear.
