Welcome to ST;LL CLOTHING. By accessing stillclothing.co.uk or stillclothing.uk and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

ST;LL CLOTHING is a UK-based clothing brand.

2. Customer Support

We do not offer order support through social media DMs. For any order questions, please contact us directly at thestillbrand@gmail.com.

3. Ordering & Contract

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.

  • A legally binding contract is formed once payment is received and we send you an email confirming your order.

  • We must receive payment in full (including shipping costs) before dispatching your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

  • UK orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control (couriers, customs, weather, etc.).

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

5. Availability & Product Information

  • All items are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options (refund, exchange, or wait for restock).

  • We aim to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences.

  • Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations before dispatch, as items are printed on demand.

  • If you no longer want your item after it arrives, please see our Returns & Refunds section below.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all ST;LL CLOTHING products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

  • To arrange this, email us at thestillbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change-of-mind purchases.

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.

  • Items damaged through customer handling.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 working days for funds to appear.

8. Pricing, VAT & Duties

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes not included in the checkout price.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, designs, images, text) belongs to ST;LL CLOTHING and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to that processing.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept those changes.
