At ST;LL CLOTHING we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery times, costs, and related questions.
1. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and sent to production within 2–4 working days.

During busy periods (e.g. launches, holidays) processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated by email.
2. Delivery Times & Costs

UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (if available at checkout).

International Delivery: Shipping times vary by country, typically 7–14 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
3. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available).
4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For deliveries outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

6. Split Shipments
As we use print-on-demand production, your items may arrive in separate parcels. Don’t worry — you won’t pay extra shipping costs for this.
