Mental health has always been an up-and-down journey for me. For a long time I believed I wasn’t good enough, that I should always be doing better than I was. I hated how I looked and, at times, everything about myself. Recently though, I’ve been focusing on improving on becoming the best version of me, not just for the people around me, but for myself too.
